Avoid Using Trademarks in Your Keyword Research | Acorn SEO

You need to be careful when using other company?s trademarks in your content, and there are strict guidelines from the search engines and most advertising platforms about what you can and can?t say about the trademark.

However genuine the intent you have behind the site, you cannot get away from the fact that the name is not yours to develop in the first place.
The traffic potential might look great, but it is extremely likely you will receive a legal notice to let the domain expire, and shut down the site.

In short, do not register trademarks as you risk legal action.
