Week 19. Consistently Well - WordPress.com ? Get a Free Blog Here

Consistency is ideally what you?re looking for in body rebalancing.? Consistency in elimination function, sleep, energy, moods, weight control, cravings etc.

I have found consistency here at week 19.

I have to get up early 3x per week to run an early bootcamp and my workload is pretty heavy, but my very nearly healed body is coping a lot better than it was a few years ago under the same circumstances.

I?m not craving foods, digestion is good (apart from the garlic I added to meals this week), energy is consistent and moods have been stable.? When I say stable, I mean that when I have hit a little upsest or down patch, it corrected itself within a couple of hours?instead of a couple of weeks.? To me this feels like what a normal functional emotional response should be.

Would you agree?

I?m still dabbling with training and still not really going very heavy at all.? Now that I have released a lot of toxicity, reduced body burdens and have healing well under way, I have begun chiropractic care in order to tidy up the last deep stuck nervous system patterns that have formed through my life.? So while I do this at least for the first month of frequent treatment, I am just back to Pilates and Tai Chi only.

Body weight is going down slowly and easily without dieting or smashing myself with cardio.? I have lost almost 5kg since January.? Now, this doesn?t sound like much -? but I can tell you it?s a huge achievement considering at the start of the year I put on weight by exercising hard and dieting.

I feel very balanced and zen.

And I almost don?t know what else to write on this blog.? I will continue with IV Glutathione and need to go back to my Nutritional Doctor for some final testing to ensure that his stats match the feeling of balance I have.

I am excited about my future now and excited to know that I don?t have to put up with pain, fatigue and serious mental health issues.

Next mission?.find a mate ;-) ?oh yeah, and start training again properly.
