Vortex International Realty has established its office boutique in Miami's real estate market, headed by its co-founders Jared Brunnabend, Eric Hochman and Nick Richberg.

Newly established boutique commercial and luxury residential real estate brokerage Vortex International Realty has officially opened its services to homebuyers in the south Florida market.
The brokerage, located on 940 Lincoln Road in Miami Beach, will be headed by Eric Hochman, broker and chief executive officer; Jared Brunnabend, director of the commercial real estate division and vice president sales associate; and Nick Richberg, director of the residential division and vice president associate broker.
Vortex?s residential division focuses on high-end Miami condominiums, luxury single-family homes and residential investment properties, while its commercial division provides services such as retail and office leasing, acquisition and disposition of investment property and investment advisory services, according to an issued press release.
Prior to establishing themselves in the Miami real estate market, both Hochman and Richberg had experience in commercial and residential real estate in New York, respectively. According to Hochman?s LinkedIn profile, he worked as the director of real estate for Kimco Realty Corporation; Richberg worked with luxury residential properties in Manhattan, according to the press release.
Individually, Hochman brings over 12 years of industry experience including real estate investments, asset management, construction, redevelopment and leasing. After his stint at Kimco Realty Corporation, he then moved to the Miami Beach area, ?where he owned and operated a residential investment company.?
Brunnabend, on the other hand, brings over 13 years of commercial real estate experience to his role, overseeing the leasing of retail and boutique office properties. As the director of Vortex?s commercial real estate division, he will also assist clients with investment property sales of retail and multifamily office properties.
